Het Jeugdcultuurfonds (now known as the Youth Fund for Sports & Culture) is a Dutch foundation that covers tuition and supplies for cultural classes for children from low-income families. Thanks to this foundation, children ages 4 to 18 can participate in activities such as music lessons, dance, theater, or painting, even if their families cannot afford them. The fund’s official motto is “All children should be able to participate!”
